The Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) is an American unaffiliated Baptist church known for its extreme ideologies, especially those against gay people but in recent past WBC has also involved in picketing the funerals of celebrities.

Oscar-winning actor Hoffman found dead Sunday morning in his Manhattan apartment, according to NYC police. He was 46. The apparent cause of the death is reported to be the overdose of drugs.

Hoffman's body was discovered by one of his personal assistants at about 11:35 am Sunday in the bathroom of his apartment. Apparently the cause of the death is drug overdose as his body was found with a hypodermic needle still in his arm.

Police also found three empty packets of heroin in Hoffman’s apartment.

“We are devastated by the loss of our beloved Phil and appreciated the outpouring of love and support we have received from everyone. This is a tragic and sudden loss and we ask that you respect our privacy during this time of grieving. Please keep Phil in your thoughts and prayers.”

Police found what they believe to be heroin inside the apartment, a source told CNN.

US country singer Mindy McCready has been found dead in her apartment in circumstances which pointing towards an apparent suicide by the troubled singer. She was just 37.

According to official statement from police deaprtment; McCready's body was found on the porch of a house in Heber Springs, Arkansas, at 3.58pm Sunday. She was declared dead at the scene "from what appears to be a single self-inflicted gunshot wound," the in a statement. Officers were dispatched to the area after reports of shots being fired.

The troubled singer had attempted to take her own life twice before and was known to have problems with prescription drugs and alcohol.

Just last month David Wilson, McCready’s boyfriend and the father of her 9-month-old son Zayne, was found dead on the same porch where McCready's body was found. His death also was investigated as a suicide.

Fugitive Ex-LAPD cop Christopher Dorner called Charlie Sheen "effin awesome" in his sprawling 11-paged manifesto, and now the celebrity is trying to convince Dorner to call him to figure out things to end this epic.

Sheen recorded the message to Dorner yesterday, saying, "You mentioned me in your manifesto, so thank you for your kind words. I am urging you to call me. Let's figure out together how to end this thing."

"America is the most corrupt nation.": Jackie Chan

Famous martial art hero Jackie Chan becomes a controversial personality by showing his anti-American sentiments in his recent interview on a Hong Kong television show.

According to details; “Rush Hour,” star said in his interview that America is “the most corrupt country in the world” and that the Chinese people should be proud of their country.

Chan’s anti-Americanism may come as a shock to his American fans but the Washington Post describes that the Hong Kong star often found himself entangled into the political discussion in China. Chan usually saves his political comments for a small and controlled audience but he was not reluctant to show his anti-Americanism.

In the recent interview; Chan discussed China’s recent progress, eliminating dishonesty from its government; while calling America "the most corrupt [country] in the world." Chan then maintains, blaming US for the world's troubles.

Chan said (with some translation help from the Post):

“If you talk about corruption, the entire world, the United State, has no corruption? (The United States) is the most corrupt in the world. Where does this Great Breakdown [financial crisis] come from? It started exactly from the world, the United States. When I was interviewed in the U.S., people asked me, I said the same thing. I said now that China has become strong, everyone is making an issue of China. If our own countrymen don’t support our country, who will support our country? We know our country has many problems. We [can] talk about it when the door is closed. To outsiders, [we should say] “our country is the best.”

This interview is most likely not so startling to Chinese viewers. Chan has been thrilling disagreement for a few years now for criticizing Taiwan and Hong Kong as models of what can go wrong when you have “too much freedom.”

According to media reports; the 39-year-old will reveal all-new untold facts in her new book about scandalous behavior with then US president, Bill Clinton.

 

 The New York Post reported that Monica Lewinsky, the former White House intern, has apparently sold the publishing rights of her book for $12 million to an unnamed publisher.

 

She co-operated with the British author Andrew Morton on a previous biography called "Monica's Story" which was published in 1999.

Reports suggest that the new book would include more salacious material about Mr Clinton, and her love letters to him.

The new book is rumored to have three things that the earlier one did not: more salacious details about Lewinsky and Clinton, ostensible complaints by Clinton about his wife, Hillary, and Lewinsky's love letters to Clinton, previously unpublished.

 

Following the scandal Miss Lewinsky worked as a handbag designer, a television correspondent, and reality TV host.

In 2005 she moved to London and later graduated with a Master's degree from the London School of Economics.

After Mr Clinton published his autobiography "My Life" in 2004 she called him a "revisionist of history" and accused him of lying about their relationship.

In a newspaper interview she said: "He could have made it right with the book. But he hasn't.

"I really didn't expect him to go into detail about our relationship. But if he had and he'd done it honestly, I wouldn't have minded.

"I don't accept that he had to completely desecrate my character."

But what’s pointing towards something fishy is the fact that Katherine Jackson eventually didn’t attend the concerts, and that her longtime physician confirmed that his office did not send the doctor to her home last weekend.

Katherine Jackson has not been in contact with her grandchildren, of whom Katherine is guardian, since then and they said their grandmother has never gone more than 24 hours without checking in with them when she travels.

Michael Jackson's daughter Paris has also expressed her concern on Twitter, pleading for information on her safety. 

Jacksons’ family lawyer Sandra Ribera said Katherine Jackson was last seen on July 15, when she was "in great health physically as well as mentally." 

Ribera told further while talking to media persons that It had further been discovered that the doctor that Katherine Jackson last saw had been openly scolded by the California Medical Board (CMB) for deceptive activities and has ties to Dr. Conrad Murray.

Dad Sylvester Stallone, mom Sasha Czack led the procession of friends and family who gathered at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in the upscale Brentwood area of Los Angeles.

Sylvester Stallone’s third wife Jennifer Flavin, and his brother Frank Stallone were all present in the funeral. 

The 36-year-old Sage Stallone, who appeared in "Rocky V" with his dad, was found dead in his L.A. apartment on July 13. No cause of death has been determined yet pending the results of toxicology tests, but police say they don’t suspect any foul play.

Sage was Sylvester Stallone's son to ex-wife Sasha Czack. She has asked for donations to be made to the Autism Speaks charity in lieu of flowers, reports ETonline.com.

The Stallone Family is grieving the loss of the 36-year-old Sage Stallone,who died this past Friday (July 13), but the cause of death is still to be established even after autopsy. A toxicology report is pending and it may take 6-8 weeks that can help finding the cause of Sage’s death, according to media reports.

Sage was found dead in his home in Studio City, Los Angeles, by his housekeeper. Stallone family attorney George Braunstein told press that Sage had planned on getting married as a surprise in Las Vegas this past weekend, but evidently things didn’t work out.

As the details of Sage’s funeral emerge it is also reported in the media that Westboro Baptist Church is to picket the funeral of Sage. Hours after news of the 36-year-old's death emerged, Westboro member Margie Phelps tweeted: "Thrice-married rebel taught his son to mock God. ‪#picketfuneral MT@digitalspy: Sylvester Stallone's son Sage Stallone found dead, aged 36."
