ISLAMABAD, Pakistan
(Sat, Apr 21) – According to
several media reports; Farooq Bhoja, owner of Bhoja Air, has been taken into
custody by the Federal Investigative Agency (FIA).

Muazzam Jah Ansari, the director FIA Sindh, told that Mr farooq Bhoja has
not been formally detained but is being kept in custody for investigations. FIA
officials took him in custody from his house in the Burns
Road area in Karachi.
Bhoja Air’s office in Nursery area has also been raided by FIA and the
documents have been seized for investigation purposes.
Earlier, Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that Bhoja’s name has been
placed on the Exit Control List (ECL). Read HERE
Further it is reported that an FIR
under article 302 has been lodged against Farooq Bhoja at Koral Police Station,
Islamabad, where Bhoja Air’s flight # B4-213 crash and killed 127 aboard. ReadHere
