Extensive search is on for the 14-year-old Philly
girl, who was reported missing Monday after she couldn't reach home from
school. Philadelphia police are reaching out to the public for help finding Chelsea
Ramsey-Jones, who suffers from autism and also cognitively
impaired.

According to details; Chelsea
Ramsey-Jones was reported missing from the 100 block of N 60th Street on Jan.
14, 2013 when she failed to return home from Barry Elementary School. She was
last seen wearing a brown jacket with a fur collar, a red shirt, black skirt
and black tights, CBS Philly reported.
She is approximately 5'6" tall.
Police asked the public to help find the
missing teen.
