Adam Darski (aka Nergal) |
According to a latest verdict last week by a Polish court; the singer, who ripped the Bible during a concert in northern Poland in 2007 and called on the audience to burn the pages, did this act as an "artistic expression" consistent with his band's style thus not guilty of offending religious sentiments.

Judge Krzysztof Wieckowski said in his final verdict that the court had no meaning of limiting freedom of expression or the right to criticize religion.
