AURORA,
Colorado (Fri, Jul 20) – The suspect of the ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ movie
massacre is under the custody of police and being investigated for the motive
behind the wild shooting on Friday morning which left at least 12 dead and

The police caught the suspect James Holmes at the scene from
behind the theater while he was possibly trying to escape. The 24-year-old graduated
from a high school in Rancho Penasquitos, where his parents still live.
The mother of James Holmes told ABC News that her son was
likely the alleged culprit, saying, "You have the right person."
Police described the scene while talking to CNN with the
help of animation and post-shooting real scenes (watch exclusive video below).
Holmes is in custody in Colorado, accused of going into a
midnight showing of the Batman film "The Dark Knight Rises" and
opening fire on movie-goers around 12:40 a.m. The motive is unclear.
