LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Sun, Jul 15) – While reports have surfaced that Sage
Moonblood Stallone, the son Sylvester Stallone, may have been dead for quite a
few days before his body was found in his Hollywood Hills home Friday, his
attorney and longtime friend George Braunstein discharged such assumptions.
Sage Stallone's death mystery still to be unfolded -- Facebook photos negate earlier assumptions |
The reason behind Braunstein’s claim is that Sage’s Facebook account had
been updated with few photos just 17 hours before his body was discovered. Braunstein
further revealed that the 36-year-old never shown any signs of drug use or
addiction, although he smoked cigarettes and consumed candy and soda.
According to the LA Times, concluding the cause of Stallone's death as a
perhaps drug overdose is premature. Sage could have died from a heart attack or
a stroke. An autopsy is due to take place within the next few days. The
toxicology test will take several weeks to come.
According to Examiner;
Sage Stallone’s wedding day was also scheduled for today, Sunday July 15th,
and he was due to marry his long-time girlfriend in Las Vegas.
“Sage didn’t even drink. There was a report that his room was filled with liquor bottles. Actually, they were empty bottles of Dr. Brown’s Cream Soda,” People magazine quoted Braunstein as saying. “Sage was a really young, very sensitive, and very talented kid. There has been no indication that there was anything wrong in his life,” he said.
