TOKYO, Japan (Oct. 23) – TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company) has reportedly made an initial plan to seek government's help to arrange a whopping 1 trillion Yen (about $13 billion) to facilitate them to start an immediate compensation to the victims of the nuclear disaster in the Fukushima Dai-chi power plant.

This amount of 1 trillion is just a part of total estimated compensation amount of 4.5 trillion Yen that TEPCO will have to pay within a period of two years to the nuclear disaster victims for the mental suffering; they had gone through, during the evacuation.
