CJ Orders to Remove IG Sindh and DG Rangers |
ISLAMABAD (June 10) – Director General Rangers Major General Chaudhry Ejaz, IG Sindh and Chief Secretary Subhan Memon have appeared in Supreme Court today after the Court took a suo moto action yesterday in Rangers shooting case and ordered them to appear before court on Friday.
According to latest news; Chief Justice has ordered Secretary of Interior Ministry to remove IG Sindh and Director General Rangers up to 12:30 pm today. Secretary of Interior Ministry said that Ministry will response to the Court orders after discussing the issue with Prime Minister Yousuf raza Gilani. Furthermore, Supreme Court has formed investigation committee under DIG Sukkur region, Mr Sanaullah Abbasi.
In response to Supreme Court ruling Raza Rabbani, leader of Pakistan People’s Party, said that the Court in doing, what had to be done by the Government.
