MIRPUR, Azad Kashmir - - Breaking News: A school van carrying 20-22 children fell into a canal near Jaggu Head, Ali Baig Area today (Friday/June 10) morning.
Rescue operations started immediately and six of the children have been saved; while five dead bodies have been recovered and operation is still underway to search for the remaining children.
Reportedly, the van got out of control on the turn at about 7:15 am in the morning due to over-speeding.
There’s no hope to rescue any more alive due to considerable time lapse.
