NEW YORK - As NYPD detained Philly police retired Captain Raymond Lewis at OWS protest, crowds were shouting and chanting and a peaceful Occupy Wall Street protest has turned violent yet again.
It is reported that NY police started to arrest people harshly in Manhattan; while clashes between police and protesters have also been reported.
