PESHAWAR - The court of additional Session Judge, headed by Additional Session Judge Altaf ur Rehman, on Tuesday accepted the bail application of arrested US citizen Aaron Mark Dehaven.
After the court’s bail acceptance Aaron Mark Dehaven was released from Central Prison Peshawar after depositing Rs. 2 million in cash as guarantee. Stiff security was provided around the prison at the time Aaron Mark’s release.
The court ordered "if the petitioner deposited the required amount, he be released provided that he was not wanted or behind the bars in any other case".
The cash amount was deposited in the account of the Peshawar District and Sessions Court. The petitioner was represented by Advocate Sardar Ali Reza.
