MANILA, Philippines – At least 13 people were reported killed, including 3 students, and left at least another 20 injured when a small plane crashed in to a school building within a residential near the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Parañaque City on Saturday afternoon (December 10).
As reported earlier here; the plane crashed shortly after taking-off and burst into flames after hitting the school building, said Mayor Florencio Bernabe of suburban Paranaque city. No classes were in session when the plane hit, but officials were determining how many on the ground were injured or killed, he said.

The crash sparked a huge fire that destroyed at least 30 houses within the residential area where the plane crashed.
A resident of the area, Mardy Sultia, submitted to GMA News this chilling video that shows clearly the plane losing its altitude after getting out of control. watch below the video:
