MUMBAI, India (Dec. 17) – Controversial Pakistani actress Veena Malik has been repordtely missing mysteriously for more than 24 hours and her cell phone was also inaccessible since then, Indian media says.

According to details; Veena Malik left the shooting yesterday about 5:00 am without recording of the last scene scheduled for the day, her manager said. Veena Malik has been busy in a Bollywood film “Mumbai 125 Kilometers” in recent past.

Her manager talking to media said, “Veena was on the set for the whole night yesterday, but left the set in the morning and her phone is not reachable.” He received the last text message from Veena Malik stating that she was sad and not well.

Hemant Madurkar, the director of the film ‘Mumbai 125 Kilometers”, told that Veena Malik had lost the interest in the shooting since her scandal of nude pictures in FHM India.

Veena Malik received criticism from Pakistani community after recently being involved in a nude photoshoot for an Indian magazine FHM.

Earlier in an interview to BBC, Veena Malik accepted to doing a ‘topless’ shoot, but not ‘nude’. She filed a suit against FHM India, claiming damages worth Rs. 100 million. FHM India has counter sued Veena Malik for Rs. 250 million over the controversial magazine cover that hit the stands in early December.
