TOKYO – According to Jiji news agency citing Japan's Defence Agency, on Thursday morning a Japanese military helicopter started squirting water on the stricken Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.
This is part of the efforts to quench the fire and increasing nuclear discharge threats thereafter. Japan rushed to prevent a disaster following a fire broke out on Wednesday in a nuclear plant that started emitting low level of radiation blowing into Tokyo. It not only created an international alarming situation but forced some of the residents to run away from the capital.
