MISRATA - While NATO members are having a meeting in an effort to decide the problem of who will eventually be in-charge of the military operations against Libya; Col. Gaddafi forces have retaken the control of Misrata, third larest city of Libya, despite of persistent air strikes by coalition forces.
Reportedly, Gaddafi forces have trapped thousands of Egyptian and sub-Saharan African workers who are trying to escape the fighting.
