OHIO, USA – Daniel DeVirgilio, an Ohio-based engineer, was stunned to receive his cable bill amounted to whopping $16.4 million from their cable operator “Time Warner”.
DeVirgilio, whose bill usually runs around $80/month, seemed to be the victim of the most acute computerized billing mistake in the history of computerized billing anomalies.
DeVirgilio, an engineer at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, said while keeping his sense of humour alive; all he wanted to do was watch March madness. He further said, "Had I known this I would have bought Showtime."
On the other hand; Time Warner issued a declaration regretting for the mistake and said that they're "going to work with the customer to get this resolved."
