Harlan, Kentucky - A 27-year-old, Dustin Martin Thomas, was detained late yesterday afternoon in Pottawattamie County for providing alcohol to underage individuals, which is a crime under the rules.
The 17-year-old Julio Caceres expired at an Omaha hospital last October. Other fellow guys of Caceres rushed him to a Harlan hospital after a night of continuous drinking which, reportedly, put him in a coma.
Along with Thomas' detention, nine more young individuals were ticketed in the case of Alcohol possession. There are no words from Police about the relationship between the Thomas and these young individuals or deceased Julio Caceres.
