Breaking News – A plane arranged by government of Pakistan is already at Cairo International Airport to evacuate Pakistani Nationals in Egypt.
But according to latest news the flight has been postponed due to insufficient arrangements at airport and raging protest in Cairo.
Earlier, Pakistani Ambassador in Cairo Seema Naqvi has said that all the Pakistanis in Egypt were well and Pakistani planes will reach Cairo to pick them after getting clearance.
Talking to media on telephone, the ambassador said she is in constant contact with the Pakistan Foreign Ministry on the developments in Egypt.
She said the Foreign Ministry has been asked to make arrangements for safe evacuation of Pakistani citizens from Egypt.
The ambassador said all the arrangements have been made for emergency evacuation of Pakistani citizens from Cairo if need arises.
To a question, she said the Pakistani planes will reach Cairo after getting clearance. She said security guards are present outside the Pakistani embassy and there is no danger as such.
