Peshawar Blast Updates: U.S. Consulate Vehicles Targeted - - 50 Kg Explosive Material Used in the Bomb

PESHAWAR, Pakistan (May 20) - - As reported earlier here; a road-side-planted bomb exploded in University Town (Peshawar) early in the morning on Friday that killed one motorcyclist passer-by and 11 other wounded in the blast, including two foreigners.
According to latest reports; terrorists targeted two American Consulate vehicles but no one hurt from the vehicle. Spokesperson of the U.S. Embassy has confirmed that no American citizen was killed or wounded in the attack.
Liaqat Ali Khan, CCPO Peshawar, told media that 50 kg of explosive material was used in the bomb according to initial investigation report by Bomb Disposal Squad.
Police sources have also confirmed the arrest of one suspect from the blast scene.
