Twin Suicide Blasts Killed 90 in Shabqadar, Charsadda
CHARSADDA, Pakistan (May 13) - - Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan claimed the responsibility of Shabqadar (Charsadda) twin bomb blast that left at least 90 dead, including at least 65 young cadets from FC (Frontier Constabulary). 

More than 150 people were wounded in the deadliest attacks of this year which came with the government deep in crisis over the killing of the al Qaeda leader, Osama bon Laden, by U.S. forces on May 2.

Spokesperson of Tehrik-e-Taliban Ehsanullah Ehsan told AFP, "This was the first revenge for Osama's martyrdom. Wait for bigger attacks in Pakistan and Afghanistan." He was speaking by telephone from an unidentified location.

"Two of our ‘Fedayeen’ (suicide bombers) carried out these attacks," he added.
Earlier the suicide blasts were reported in Shabqadar Bazaar (near FC Kala) at Charsadda. Fifteen shops and twelve coaster vehicles are completely damaged. Dozens of injured are shifted to Lady Reading Hospitals. 

According to eyewitnesses; first blast was took place when a motor cyclist exploded himself in front of Frontier Constabulary training centre’s main gate; while the second blast proved to be more deadly that blew up after 3-4 minutes of first blast when everybody was trying to help the injured in the first blast.
