Pakistan ease up their way to final beating India by 3-1 in Azlan Shah Hockey Tournament

Pakistan came from 1-0 down in first half to register 3-1 victory against arch rivals India
IPOH, Malaysia (May 11, 2011) - - Pakistan outclassed arch-rivals India by 3-1 in a crucial match of Sultan Azlan Shah Hockey Tournament here on Wednesday.

The only goal for India came from Rupinder Pal Singh; while Umar Bhutta, Mohammad Imran and Sohail Abbas scored a goal each for Pakistan to take Green shirts to a morale booster victory.

Pakistan started off the tournament quite positively, authorizing victories over New Zealand (4-2) and South Korea (4-2). However, that was followed by losses to Great Britain 3-2 and Australia 5-1.

Pakistan now got a good chance to qualify for final.
