'Crown Prince of Terror' Hamza bin Laden: The youngest son of Osama bin Laden escaped U.S. raid that killed his father

The youngest son of Osama bin Laden, the most wanted terrorist for almost two decades, has gone vanished the night when U.S. Navy SEALs Team Six stormed into a Bin Laden compound in Abbottabad and shot him dead, revealed by Pakistani security officials.

The 19-year-old Hamza bin Laden, also known as ‘Crown Prince of Terror’, was supposedly resided with his father Osama bin Laden in their Abbottabad compound along with Bin Laden's wives and several of his children; who were taken under the custody by Pakistani security forces after the raid and killing of Bin Laden.

Reportedly, the apparent escape of Hamza bin Laden came into light during the interrogation sessions with Osama bin Laden’s three wives.  

Interrogation officials from Pakistani intelligence agency told ABC News the women had disclosed one of the Bin Laden's sons had not been seen since the raid - but the source did not confirm which one.

The 22-year-old Khalid bin Laden was confirmed dead during the U.S. raid. Initially Washington mentioned Hamza bin Laden as dead, too, even though it was not certain at any point of time whether he was present inside the compound when U.S. Navy SEALs assaulted.
