Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Certified 13 Lady Bus Drivers After Completion of Training

MANILA, Philippines – Lady Bus drivers are better option than male counterparts on the road and presence of lady bus drivers gives a sense of safety to commuters, stated by Joel Villanueva, Director of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

Joel Villanueva was talking on the eve of successful completion of training of 13 lady bus drivers who were certified by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) after going through stiff training on road and safety practices.

Under the scheme of lady bus drivers; Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and TESDA, 35 lady drivers underwent a skill appraisal, 13 of whom passed and were given the certificate for Driving NC III.
