CAIRO – Embattled Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak don’t want to quit immediately despite of the international pressure to listen to the people asking to end the 30-year-rule which only gave poverty, unemployment and dissatisfaction. According to New York Times Obama administration is talking to Egyptian administration to convince Mubarak to quit now.
According to pro-Mubarak sources immediate quitting by President will just bring chaos to Egypt. Speaking in an interview with ABC Thursday, after bloodshed in Cairo that killed 10 people, the 82-year-old Hosni Mubarak said he believed his country still need him.
"If I resign today, there will be chaos," he said. Asked to comment on calls for him to resign, he said: "I don't care what people say about me. Right now I care about my country."

In response to the Mubarak’s plan of quitting government in September; the proposal from Obama administration sets up a power transition immediately to the temporary government headed by Vice President Omar Suleiman with the support of the Egyptian military.
