A new photography display, dubbed as Hidden Faces: Women and Girls, is scheduled to be opened this week at the House of Commons. The event is set to support women’s rights in Afghanistan.
The exhibition in Afghanistan has been generated and curated by British and Irish Agencies in Afghanistan Group ((BAAG) to emphasize the on going fight of war-effected Afghan women in the fields of education and health, economic and political empowerment.
The exhibition shows off the work of British NGOs such as Afghanaid, CARE International, Christian Aid, International Medical Corps and Tearfund.
