TOKYO - - According to Japan’s Kyodo news agency citing the sources of TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company, operator of stricken Fukushima nuclear power plant); two missing workers in the tsunami-ravaged site have been found dead inside plant.
The victims had been reported missing since an explosion on 11th March when twin disaster of 9.0-magnitude earthquake and tsunami thereafter hit Japan that left failed the cooling system of the plant.
Emergency workers of TEPCO are continuously trying to stop the leakage of highly contaminated water in to the pacific waters; which is flowing out from 20 cm crack in a pit where cables are stored near reactor number 2.
The National Police Agency said that 12,009 people were officially reported dead and 15,472 missing as consequences of twin disaster on March 11.
